•    Managed travel and housing arrangements for visiting directors, designers and actors.
•    Maintained travel and housing budgets for each show, and for the overall year.
•    Negotiated arrangements with airlines, hotels and Amtrak.
•    Oversaw the maintenance and renovation of all theatre-owned apartments.
•    Light and sound board operator on 4 shows (Reefer Madness, Shining City,
The Brothers Size, The Internationalist).
•    Floor Manager/Assistant Stage Manager on 3 shows (The History Boys, Rainpan 43,
My Children! My Africa!).

2003-2007

Managed various events for USC’s premiere performance venue, including lectures, concerts, film, television, and music video shoots, as well as theatrical and dance performances.

•    Worked with clients to set up and run their shows as efficiently as possible
•    Supervised, directed and coordinated all crewmembers (lighting technicians, audio technicians and stagehands)
•    Called cues during live events to keep shows running smoothly, troubleshooting any problems when necessary.

Clients included musical artists such as Xzibit, Yo Yo Ma, Dakah Hip Hop Orchestra, Ozomatli, Quincy Jones, Patti Austin and Steve Miller; CNN’s nationally televised presidential debates; episodes of The West Wing, House, M.D., and 24; movie shoots such as Akeelah and The Bee; and theatrical and dance performances such as Diavolo.
